Virtual Event Code of Conduct
for Grow Enrollment Summit
At Grow Schools, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants. This code of conduct applies to everyone attending our virtual event, including participants, speakers, sponsors, and organizers. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can enjoy the event without facing discrimination or harassment of any kind.
Grow Enrollment Summit is dedicated to fostering an environment where all individuals, regardless of their background or identity, feel welcomed. We expect all participants to be respectful and considerate in their interactions. This includes, but is not limited to, respecting differences in:
- Gender identity and expression
- Age
- Sexual orientation
- Disabilities
- Physical appearance and body size
- Race and ethnicity
- Religion or belief
- Technology choices
We encourage open discussions, but we also expect all participants to behave responsibly on digital platforms. Any inappropriate use of event-related platforms, including chat rooms and social media, to harass or harm others, will result in appropriate action. Harassment in any form will not be tolerated. Harassment includes offensive verbal or written comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, unwanted recording, sustained disruption, and unwelcome attention. Sexual language, imagery, or harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited across all platforms, including in:
- Presentations and workshops
- Q&A sessions
- Networking spaces
- Social media and online platforms related to the event
If a participant violates this code of conduct, event organizers may take any action deemed necessary. This includes but is not limited to:
- Removing the participant from the virtual event without a refund
- Contacting appropriate authorities when necessary
